Information about S.L., C.L. and P.L.
P.L. stands for Paid Leave. PL is encashable and could be carried over to next year. One (1) Paid Leave will be 1 day Basic Salary.
S.L. and P.L. can be taken together if needed.
Likewise C.L. and P.L. could be taken together.
C.L. stands for Casual Leave. C.L. is fixed and every employee has to complete the same. It will neither be encashed nor carried over to next year.
S.L. stands for Sick Leave. These Sick Leave employees can claim after they take leave, this will not be encashed but it will be carried forward to next year.
Employees cannot take Casual Leave Sick Leave together if they want, the suggestion for this is employee should first complete Casual Leave then they should start with Sick Leave.
